Los Puertos de Beceite – National Reserve – with an abundant flora and fauna (ibex): hiking (GR8), mountainbiking, rock climbing, horseback riding, 4x4 expeditions, canyoning.

Swimming in the rivers of the area or in the beautiful reservoir of "La Pena". You can hire kayaks and pedal boats at La Pena. La Fresneda, like all villages, has its own public swimming pool.

Vía Verde del Val del Zafán y de la Terra Alta: A restored abandoned railway track that passes through the Matarraña and lets you enjoy the changing scenery and excellent views on foot, mountain bike or horseback.

Many hiking and cycling possibilities in the National Reserve, between the medieval villages or directly from the campsite. Mountain bikes, E-bikes, city bikes, and the mandatory helmet, are for hire on our campsite. We can supply maps and detailed descriptions of possible routes.

Astronomy: as there is no light polution in this part of Spain you can observe the stars very clearly from the campsite. The Milky Way is beautiful in summer.

Bird watching: especially in spring, many birds can be seen in our valley: bee-eater, golden eagle, Egyptian vulture, griffon vulture, red-legged partridge, etc. Or visit the bird watching and observation centre Mas de Bunyol.

Padel court for hire
